Function description

Unwinding part
> Unwinding method: The material roll is lifted and lowered by an air cylinder. Conjoined rack, rack thickness 30mm.
> Unwinding correction: The machine adopts an analog correction system to track the edge of the material.
> Deviation adjustment device: The unwinding aluminum guide roller has a longitudinal deviation adjustment device, so that the material can run parallel to the guide roller to the maximum extent, and ensure the winding accuracy and quality.
> Unwinding tension detection: Hall switch, cooperate with pneumatic brake to realize unwinding tension. The unwinding warp is detected by the Hall switch, the output torque is calculated, and the tension is automatically calculated by the PLC.
> Unwinding control: The control of this machine has the functions of starting, stopping, speed regulation, unwinding residual material alarm and unwinding tension adjustment.
> Meter counting: The encoder is used to detect the working length, which has the advantages of high precision and high resolution. Considering the production process requirements, the program design has functions such as accumulative meter counting and automatic shutdown when the number is reached.
>Transition guide roller: Transition drive aluminum roller with diamond-shaped cross line on the surface, which makes the material more smooth and compliant during high-speed operation.

Winding device
＞Rewinding method: 3-inch inflatable shaft to realize automatic tension control.
＞Rewinding tension: Rewinding tension control adopts magnetic powder clutch, automatic taper tension control, synchronous belt drive
＞Back pressure roller: The rewinding contact pressure roller is controlled by a cylinder, and the contact roller pressure is controlled by a precision pressure regulating valve. The contact pressure roller is of steel structure, and the air pressure can be adjusted according to the winding requirements.
